State Smoking Ban goes to Senate -- March 26, 2007.
The House gave final approval to a Statewide smoking ban with a vote of 99-39.  The ban will now be considered by the Senate. 

Maryland House panel approved a statewide smoking ban in bars and restaurants -- March 21, 2007.
A Maryland House panel OKs state smoking ban which moves the debate to the full House of Delegates and Senate.  Governor Martin O'Malley said he would sign a smoking ban.  Click here for full story.
