Maryland receives mixed grades on ALA Tobacco Report Card -- January 30, 2009
The State of Maryland earned 2 Fs, an A, and a B on the American Lung Association's State of Tobacco Control: 2008
Report Card evaluation. Maryland looks strong with regards to
smokefree air and cigarette tax issues while there is room for
improvement in tobacco prevention and control spending and cessation
